Bock Music Studio has been providing Kindermusik classes for families in the Gretna area for over 30 years! In our weekly classes, we use music and play to develop all facets of the child’s development. Families bond through musical play and parents learn how music has the power to make great parenting easier.
Ann Bock, studio owner, is a licensed Kindermusik teacher. She has a degree in Elementary Education from Nebraska Wesleyan University and has done graduate work in Early Childhood Education. Ann taught kindergarten and first grade in the public schools for twelve years and has had over seventeen years of piano and dance training.
Notables: Several of Ann’s Kindermusik “graduates” are currently part of the Nebraska Cornhusker Marching Band!

Emily Woodside will be joining the Bock Music Studio this Spring as a licensed Kindermusik teacher. She received her bachelor’s degree in Music Education from UNL and recently completed her masters in Music Education through UNK. She has five years’ experience teaching elementary general music and beginning band and a background in piano and dance.

Notables: Emily’s graduate capstone paper discusses research related to music’s effects on a child’s development from prenatal through preschool years. She is excited to share and experience the benefits of these effects with her students through Kindermusik classes!
